Our Customer Service Centres at Wonthaggi, Cowes and Grantville are open from 10.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday. The Phillip Island and Inverloch Visitor Information Centres are open from 10.00am to 3.00pm every day. Customer and Visitor Services will still be available via phone, email and online channels outside of these hours.
