If you have lost your pet, we may have it in our Animal Shelter. Please contact our Community Safety Team on 1300 BCOAST (226 278) or (03) 5671 2211.
Animals may be collected from our Animal Shelter between 10.00am and 3.00pm on weekdays. We cannot release animals on weekends or public holidays.
If you find a stray, injured or wandering animal, a Ranger from our Community Safety Team can come out to collect it. Many pets are microchipped, meaning we could have the owners' details and can reunite them with their pet quickly.

Looking for a new pet?
While we don't re-house animals directly from our Animal Shelter, the RSPCA helps us to find new homes for pets.
The RSPCA is located at 1030 Robinsons Road, Pearcedale, and offers a variety of animals for adoption, including cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs and more. Contact the RSPCA on (03) 5978 9000 or visit their website.
