Service Changes

Face-to-face Customer Services and Visitor Services are unavailable at this time but can be contacted via phone, email and online channels.

The Grantville Transaction Centre will open 8.30am to 4:30pm for the Nurse Practitioner to operate (not for Council Customer Service). CentreLink self-service will still be available from this office.

If you need to make a payment and can only pay in cash, please contact Customer Service on 0356 712211 to make arrangements.

Please note: Rates can be paid at in cash or by cheque at your local post office.
