When you visit Phillip Island, don’t miss the National Vietnam Veterans Museum.
‘Our Museum talks to you’ with audio visual devices, including the famous holographic Sound & Light Show. You can investigate this period in Australia’s history by seeing it through the eyes of Vietnam Veterans.
You will see the conscription ballot balls and the barrel used in the system of National Service that divided our nation. You can walk beneath and around such key vehicles as helicopters, a tank, even a bomber used in Vietnam. See yourself in the boots of a Tunnel Rat or the helmet of a Chopper Pilot. Audio visual and interactive displays throughout the Museum. Endlessly fascinating and absorbing, no matter what age group.
Recently awarded the 2016 Trip Advisor Travelers Choice Award and listed among the top 10 museums in Australia, the Museum really is worth a visit. Nui Dat Cafe open daily for light refreshments. Wheel chair accessible.
