The Bass Valley Music Festival Inc is a not-for-profit group who aim to deliver a cultural event annually in Bass Coast Shire that is affordable and that also promotes young, talented local artists.

All proceeds go toward the musical education of the young Rising Stars who perform at the concert and to a local community project.
