The Bass Coast Fine Film Group was set up to encourage interest in film as an art form and a medium of information and education. There is also a chance to talk over the films with other film buffs with drinks and nibbles in the foyer after screenings.

The membership fee (currently $50) grants admission to all the group’s films and a concession for the annual Wonthaggi International Film Festival. Films screen in the Wonthaggi Cinema at 10.45am on Sundays every five to six weeks.
