Kindergarten Central Registration Guidelines

These Guidelines provide a framework for Council in partnership with Kindergarten Service Providers to ensure the efficient, transparent and equitable allocation of Kindergarten places in line with Government requirements.
The Guidelines also apply to all parents/guardians who wish to enrol their child/ren in a funded kindergarten program participating in the CRS.
