Amendment C150

Amendment Proposal:

The Bass Coast Planning Scheme sets out the policies and requirements for the use, development and protection of land within Bass Coast Shire. From time to time, a need arises to change, or ‘amend’ a planning scheme. Planning Scheme Amendments can be changes to the maps, written text or incorporated documents of planning schemes.

Amendment C150 proposes to rezone part of 126 Shetland Heights Road San Remo from Low Density Residential Zone to General Residential Zone, and to delete the Significant Landscape Overlay Schedule 1 from land of the same. The Amendment is required to ensure that the most appropriate planning scheme provisions apply to the site.

Exhibition closed – Saturday 16 May 2020

Should a Planning Panel Hearing be required for Amendment C150, the following tentative dates have been set aside:

Directions hearing – week commencing Monday 10 August 2020

Panel hearing – week commencing Monday 14 September 2020
