The Bass Coast Planning Scheme sets out the policies and requirements for the use, development and protection of land within Bass Coast Shire. From time to time, a need arises to change, or ‘amend’ a planning scheme. Planning Scheme Amendments can be changes to the maps, written text or incorporated documents of planning schemes.
Amendment C150 rezones part of 126 Shetland Heights Road San Remo from Low Density Residential Zone to General Residential Zone to ensure that the most appropriate planning scheme provisions apply to the site.
Amendment C150 has now been approved by the Minister for Planning.
