Development Plans

You may need a Development Plan Application Form if one has not already been prepared for the land and you wish to use or subdivide, construct a building on, or construct or carry out works.

Development Plan Applications

Development Plan Overlay, Schedule 3 (DPO3)

Council has received an application to endorse a plan under the Development Plan Overlay 3 (DPO3) for land on Grantville-Glen Alvie Road, Grantville, specifically the land at 10-12, 14-16 and 18-20 Grantville-Glen Alvie Road, Grantville.

The proposed Development Plan shows the general location for future residential development, access points and the location of drainage and other development infrastructure for land affected by the Development Plan Overlay Schedule 3.

Should you wish to provide feedback about the proposed Development Plan, please provide it in writing by COB Monday 20 June 2022 via email or letter to the following:

Following the feedback period, Council will consider the application for the endorsement of the Development Plan at a Council Meeting. By providing your contact details in by means of submission, you will be advised of the date of the relevant Council Meeting.

Development Plan Overlay, Schedule 24 (DPO24)

Council has received an application to endorse a plan under the Development Plan Overlay 24 (DPO24) for land adjacent to Ullathornes Road, Inverloch specifically the land at Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision S305409 Bass Highway, Inverloch.

The proposed Development Plan shows the general location for future residential development, the provision of a medium density residential area abutting the proposed open green space within the centre of the subject site and includes a small commercial area in the north-eastern corner of the land. The proposed plan indicates the locations of access points from Ullathornes Road, Albatross Drive and Scenic Drive as well as the drainage for the land and other essential infrastructure as required by the Development Plan Overlay Schedule 24 as detailed in the Bass Coast Planning Scheme.
