Join Council’s Arts and Culture Advisory Committee
Bass Coast Shire Council is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from residents and ratepayers to join its Arts and Culture Advisory Committee.
Up to five new community members will be appointed by Council for a two-year term, following the EOI process.
Bass Coast Shire Mayor, Cr Brett Tessari said that Council is looking for committee members who have a deep understanding of the arts and cultural aspects of the Bass Coast community.
“We want to hear from people who have a direct association with the local arts community, who are passionate about the sector and are proud of a community that showcases its arts and encourages participation,” Cr Tessari said.
“We would love to see a diverse Committee, filled with people whose vision can lead and inform Council's Arts and Culture Strategy,” Cr Tessari concluded.
Please read the Terms of Reference and the Bass Coast Arts and Culture Strategy 2019-29 before returning your completed Expression of Interest form, which can be found at www.basscoast.vic.gov.au/acac.
Expressions of Interest need to be received by Sunday, 29 August.
