Reporting to the Coordinator Open Space and Buildings this position plays a key role in the ongoing maintenance of the existing open space and buildings.

The primary focus is to supervise the Building and Open Space Maintenance team and provide support in improving and maintaining Council’s buildings and facilities. You will be responsible for leading a team providing quality maintenance works and cleaning of Council facilities.

Your skills in the planning and programming of works, leadership and management experience will enable you to thrive in this role. Leadership roles in this field don't come around often, so this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
