We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic support specialist to temporarily work with our Resilient Communities Leadership Team.

The role assists the General Manager, by providing the highest possible level of specialist support within a political environment. Specific collaboration will be with our Infrastructure Maintenance, Sustainable Environment, and Community & Recreation Departments; offering a wide range of exposure and involvement to exciting projects.

Providing high level business support to the management and leadership team and across the Resilient Communities division, key areas of responsibility include:

  • Managing timely responses to requests relating to the division
  • Providing support in workshop preparations, meeting coordination and information management
  • Reviewing processes and developing administrative procedures

This highly autonomous role requires a proactive individual who demonstrates judgment and discretion at all times. With strong communication skills, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to use their initiative; whilst also applying advanced PC skills and excellent attention to detail.
