This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with demonstrated experience in the implementation of procurement and contract management functions.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responsibility for Council’s tendering processes, including administration, analysis, chairing evaluation panels and tender evaluation reports.
  • Coordination of Council’s Contract Management System (CMS).
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the whole Organisation to support Contract Management and Strategic Procurement Planning for business units.
  • Driving continuous improvement to ensure Council's commitment to Quadruple Bottom Line procurement are achieved.

To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator who engages and builds relationships with key stakeholders and be someone who delivers on what is promised when it is promised.

If you are highly motivated and have the ability to lead others in change, as well as extensive experience in contract administration and/or high level purchasing, then we’d love to hear more from you.
