Working in the Employee Experience team, this role has primary focus of supporting our workforce through their employment journey with Bass Coast Shire Council. This varied role provides administrative support in areas such as training and development, and health and wellbeing. You will be provided with invaluable experience working in a large, functionally diverse government organisation, and we will support your professional development.
