Working in the People and Culture department as customer centric leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Council’s Talent Management team. This team leads the charge in the areas of: workforce planning and recruitment; Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion work; employment branding; and development of recruitment policies and systems
Leadership is a key aspect of this role. As the successful candidate you will have a strong track record with executing workforce development strategy and initiatives, and providing consultative support and advice to the organisation.
In addition to tertiary qualifications and/or relevant work experience, you will bring a high level of skills in developing teams, leading projects, and engaging key stakeholders.
