Position Description- Change and Communications Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Change and Communication professional to join Council’s Transformation and Technology Team.

The Change and Communication Officer will lead the change and communication strategy by positively promoting and building awareness to support the implementation of our new enterprise technology solution.

Through the creation and implementation of change management strategies, you will provide support to the organisation by understanding their needs and the impact of changes associated with the implementation.

You will have exceptional communication and people skills and your experience in the implementation of technology enabled business change projects will make you suitable for the role.

If you are well organised with good attention to detail, and have experience in leading change we would like to hear from you.
