We are committed to improving access and inclusion for people with a disability living in and visiting Bass Coast.

Council has developed a range of access resources and information to make Bass Coast more enjoyable and accessible.

Companion Card Program

A companion card helps people with a significant or permanent disability who are only able to access community services with a carer. It allows a carer free admission when assisting the card holder

Disability Access Funding

Funding of up to $1000 is currently available to assist local businesses and community organisations to increase the number of people with a disability accessing their business.

Disability Action Plan 2016-2020

The Disability Action Plan continues our social and capital investment to ensure participation and universal access applies to every person living, working and visiting Bass Coast.
