Have you had a good public transport experience or perhaps had a problem?

To provide feedback, good or bad, to public transport providers you should first contact the relevant local transport provider, ie, local bus company, V/Line or taxi operator.
The local bus and taxi companies’ contact details are listed above.
The V/Line customer service feedback number is 1800 800 120.
The Victorian Taxi Directorate may be contacted on 1800 638 802.
More information on customer feedback for public transport can be found on metlink’s customer feedback page.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, you may wish to contact the Public Transport Ombudsman (PTO).  The PTO’s role is to receive, investigate and resolve complaints from consumers who use, or are affected by, Victorian public transport services or their activities.  For more information visit the Public Transport Ombudsman’s website or telephone 1800 466 865 (free call).
