Road and Drainage Construction Update - October 2011

All major road, drainage and planting works, including sealing, have now been completed. This is only the initial seal and a further seal will be carried out in 2012.

There will now be a twelve month period where the contractor will be responsible to rectify any defects of the road and planting works. The defects liability period will expire in September 2012 after which final costs can then be calculated.
