Revised Scope of Works for Surf Parade Inverloch - Road and Drainage Upgrade
Community information sessions for this project were held in November 2011 and provided considerable local information about the project. Consequently, the project has been revised to reflect and best meet the needs of the majority of stakeholders.
What happens next?
At its meeting on 21 March 2012 Council resolved to implement the Special Charge Scheme process. This is called a "Notice of Intention to Declare". The scheme has been publicly advertised throughout Bass Coast Shire.
If you would like to make a submission about the project to Council, please do so in writing, before 5pm on 27 April 2012. Submissions should be sent to Bass Coast Shire Council, PO Box 118, Wonthaggi Vic 3995.
All submissions will be considered by a Committee of Council in early May 2012.
Council will make a decision about whether to proceed with the project at its meeting on 20 June 2012.
