An Extension of Time Request (PDF 100kb) for a planning permit must be forwarded to our Planning team. Fees do apply and must be forwarded with your request.  Your request will then be assessed by a Planning officer and you will be notified of a decision in writing.

To avoid your Planning Permit expiring, please ensure your request is lodged within the legal time frame. This can be found in a condition on your Planning Permit.
