Relocated dwellings

You will need to submit a building permit application to relocate a dwelling, building or structure.

To relocate a dwelling the information listed in the Building Permit Guide (PDF 155kb) needs to be submitted with your Building permit application.

Forms you may need:

  1. Application Form (PDF 179kb)
  2. Owner Builder Guide (PDF 99kb)
  3. Owner Builder Declaration (PDF 109kb)
  4. Appointment Declaration (PDF 93kb) (if applicable)
  5. Agents Authorisation (PDF 100kb) (if the applicant is not the owner)
