Planning Scheme Amendments
The Bass Coast Planning Scheme is a legal document that sets the strategies and objectives of land use planning in our Shire.
It provides guidance and regulates how land should be used, developed, protected or conserved.
Council is constantly reviewing our Planning Scheme to ensure policies, provisions, strategies and objectives are relevant in the decision making process for the municipality.
