Council has received a proposal to develop 28 hectares of land west of Newhaven, between Beverley Road and the road to Churchill Island.

We want to engage with the community and seek the community’s views on what they want for the Newhaven area.

It is important to get a range of views on this topic, which is why Council is inviting residents and ratepayers to have their say.

Phase One

Phase One of the Newhaven West Proposal involves a brief survey which is open for comment until 5 August 2011. To complete the survey, interested parties will be required to register which will allow them to be a part of further phases.
