The revised Inverloch Design Framework was considered by Council and approved for adoption. 

The Framework will guide where particular development should be located and the types of designs that are appropriate for the area. It will outline the preferred boundaries for the future development spread of Inverloch. 

The first Inverloch Design Framework was adopted in 2003. The revised Framework seeks to retain much of the original preferences.

Design Frameworks are based on the social, economic and environmental conditions and trends for an area.  They are developed in full consultation with the public to ensure they best represent the preferences of the community. They also consider local and statewide planning policies.
