Council has received a proposal to develop land north of Seaward Drive in Cape Paterson.

It is important to get the community’s views on what they want for the Cape Paterson area.

Residents and ratepayers were invited to have their say by registering online at consult.basscoast.vic.gov.au between 16 January 2012 and 27 February 2012.  The survey has now closed.

Community Meeting

A community meeting was held at the Cape Paterson Community Hall on Saturday 21 January 2012 between 10.30am – 12.30pm where the developers of the proposal and Council officers were available to discuss the proposal.

Phase One

Phase One of the Cape Paterson North Proposal involves a brief survey which is open for comment from 16 January 2012 to 27 February 2012. To complete the survey, interested parties will be required to register which will allow them to be contacted for updates, survey results and to be a part of any further phases.
