Thinking of removing or lopping vegetation or trees from your property?  Please contact the Planning team on 1300 BCOAST (226 278) as you may need a permit.

If you do need a permit, you will need to complete the Application Form for Planning Permit plus sections of the vegetation removal information sheet (PDF 193kb) that you, as the applicant, are required to fill in and forward to us for assessment. Included in the information sheet is an 'authorisation letter' allowing permission for Council officers to enter your property, plus a site plan where you can draw details on what you are applying to remove or lop.
