Please download, complete and return the Information Request Form (PDF 135kb), with a copy of the title, site plans and a fee of $66.00. The fee must be paid before a response can be provided, and please ensure all sections highlighted in grey are completed.

Planning staff will examine what planning controls apply to your land, and advise you of their findings in writing.
