For various reasons, the need may arise for an Applicant to request an amendment to their planning permit.  An application form to amend a planning permit must be submitted to our Planning team for formal assessment.

What to include with your amendment application

If you're applying to amend a planning permit please:

• Ensure that the application to amend a planning permit form is accurately completed
   
• Ensure that necessary amended plans are attached
• Provide a copy of the Certificate of Title for the land and sign the declaration form for restrictive covenants (this is included in the permit application form)
• Include a letter explaining your reasons for amending your planning permit
• Pay the necessary fees
