Are you building or renovating? If so, you may be required by your Building Surveyor to apply for the location of a stormwater legal point of discharge on your building site. The stormwater discharge point form (PDF 254kb) must be filled in and returned to Council. A fee of $56.75 applies.

A location of the legal point of discharge will be nominated by a Council officer for your property.
