Customer Service Charter

The standards in our Customer Service Charter (PDF 212kb) apply to all Council services and outline the response that can be expected by our community and visitors to our Shire.

A three-year Customer Service Strategy (PDF 545kb) has been developed with the help of the Community, Council’s internal teams, and is informed by research and benchmarking activities.
